返金ポリシー

万が一の不良品、または明らかに商品説明、写真と異なる商品は良品との交換に対応致しますので、お手数ですが商品到着後、10日以内にご連絡ください。お客様のご都合による返品・交換は原則お受けできませんが、ご購入いただいた商品がお手元に到着してから3日以内に、完全品として再販できる場合のみ交換・返品対応のご相談をお受けしますので、問い合わせフォームで申請をお済ませください。お客さまのご都合による返品は、返送料をお客様にご負担いただいております。当社からの配送時の送料は返金ができかねますので予めご了承のほどよろしくお願いいたします。いずれの場合も、フォームからのお手続き完了後、返送方法などをご案内させていただきます。

返品・交換不可の条件

• お客様のもとに商品が到着後、お客様都合の場合3日以内に返品・交換のお申込みをいただけなかった場合
• 商品に使用感・破損・汚損が見受けられる場合
• 商品のタグ・付属品の紛失がある場合
• 当社が指定する方法以外での商品返送をされた場合
• 返品不可クーポン等、特別条件で販売した商品の場合
• 商品ページまたはキャンペーンページ等で返品不可と表記されているご注文の場合
• 肌着、水着、アクセサリー、その他の着用により下着等を介さずに直接肌に触れることになる商品
  
  

  EU Right of Withdrawal

  If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item of your order.

  How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@phingerin.com or by submitting a return request through your account). You may use the return request feature in your customer account to initiate the process.

  Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

  We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
