An original semi-pullover type short coat made with a soft and shiny wool melton; a powerful material reminiscent of  an antique sailor's coat. 

There are no buttons on the front closure,rather the front is fastened by adjusting the waist belt only. The use of facing on the lapel creates very unique flap pockets aswell.

Since there are only a few points of closure, the drape of the coat is very beautiful. By tightening the waistband enough, the lower collar can be folded in and worn like a clean military coat with just the upper collar showing. In this case, the folded lower collar also functions as an inside pocket.
